Account Executive
HR Profile, a consulting firm specializing in recruitment and selection of professionals for the LATAM region, is seeking an Account Executive for our client, a multinational company specializing in digital development and agile solutions, with operations in the USA, Chile, Mexico, and Colombia.
Objective: Identify and prospect potential clients in the business sector; develop strong and lasting relationships with them, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. Additionally, collaborate closely with the technical team to ensure the successful delivery of projects according to client requirements.
Main Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential clients, mainly in the business sector.
- Develop strong and lasting relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure the successful delivery of projects according to client requirements.
- Make effective product presentations and commercial proposals to potential clients.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and relevant technological innovations to offer updated and competitive solutions.
- Meet the sales targets established by the company.
- Participate in events and trade fairs to promote the company's products and services.
It will be a good match if you have:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in areas related to sales, business, marketing, or technology. Knowledge: Software and IoT technologies. CRM management.
- Previous experience: +5 years of previous experience in sales to retail companies, software sales, and/or business development in the US market.
- Desirable: Knowledge of Building Automation Systems (BAS), energy efficiency, Software as a Service (SaaS). & Bilingual (English - Spanish).
