HR Manager
HR Profile, a consulting firm specializing in recruitment and selection of professionals for the LATAM region, is seeking an HR Manager for our client, a multinational company specializing in digital development and agile solutions, with operations in the USA, and Latam.
Objetive: The HR Manager's mission is to drive a high-performance, engaged, and inclusive workforce that aligns with the organization's strategic objectives. By executing HR strategies that enhance employee engagement, reduce attrition, and promote talent development, the HR Manager fosters a supportive work environment where all employees feel valued and empowered to grow. This role prioritizes effective communication of fair performance evaluations and employee benefits while cultivating diverse perspectives and utilizing data-driven insights to continuously improve employee satisfaction and organizational culture.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company’s strategic objectives, focusing on enhancing employee engagement and reducing attrition rates.
- Assess and review employee benefits offerings, making necessary adjustments to enhance their value to employees.
- Communicate benefits information effectively to employees, providing support and resources to help them make informed decisions.
- Implement and manage performance review processes to ensure fair evaluations that drive individual growth and overall team performance.
- Actively identify and cultivate talent within the organization, ensuring alignment with future leadership needs and enhancing retention.
- Foster a supportive work environment that enhances employee engagement through recognition, feedback, and development opportunities.
- Champion diversity and inclusion efforts to create an environment that supports all employees and encourages diverse perspectives.
- Provide expert guidance in performance management and employee development, ensuring employees have clear paths for growth and engagement.
- Monitor and analyze employee engagement metrics and attrition data, implementing targeted initiatives to address concerns and improve employee satisfaction.
Recruiting
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Provide HR support and guidance to employees and management, addressing issues related to employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
- Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with management to identify HR needs and develop solutions to address those needs.
It will be a good match if you have:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Engineering Industrial Civil Engineering or related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Experience: Proven track record as HRBP or in senior HR leadership positions. A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources leadership roles is mandatory. In-depth expertise in HR best practices, labor laws, compliance, and multicultural HR management.
- At least 2 years in recruiting roles At least 2 years in organizational development roles At least 2 years leading small teams of 1-4 people.
- Skills: Demonstrated strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Languages: Advanced fluency in Spanish and English is a fundamental requirement.
- Platforms: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and familiarity with various HR platforms including LinkedIn, and other relevant tools is essential.
