We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist for a leading technology company in the financial sector (Fintech). This role is critical to driving customer retention, maximizing lifetime value, and enabling sustainable growth in a B2B SaaS environment.
Your Mission:
You will own the post-sale experience, reduce churn, improve Net Revenue Retention (NRR), and ensure customers achieve maximum value from the platform. Acting as a strategic partner to Sales, Product, and Leadership, you will implement high-impact actions to stabilize at-risk accounts and drive expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Retention & NRR Turnaround: Diagnose churn drivers and execute recovery strategies.
Strategic Customer Engagement: Serve as the senior point of contact for key accounts, aligning on outcomes and roadmap.
Onboarding & Adoption: Redesign processes to accelerate time-to-value and enforce success milestones.
Cross-Functional Influence: Collaborate with Product and Sales to improve handoffs and prioritize revenue-impacting improvements.
Metrics & Reporting: Implement predictive health frameworks and actionable insights for churn and expansion.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in Customer Success within B2B SaaS, especially in high-churn, low-NRR environments.
Strong track record in renewals, negotiations, and expansion strategies.
Deep understanding of SaaS retention mechanics, onboarding, and adoption economics.
Advanced English (spoken and written).
Preferred:
Experience in Fintech or financial services.
Familiarity with HubSpot, usage analytics, and customer health tools.
Role Conditions:
Remote position, focused on LATAM.
